My Angels

My Momma
Let me tell you a little bit about my mother, my beautiful warrior. I may have only shared 9 year with her, but she managed to teach and show me all the lessons I needed in order to help create the super natural human strength that I was going to need in my teen years.
My Mom passed away from lymph node cancer that metastasized throughout her body. During her fight, She never showed her weakness. I would feed her through her feeding tube, and massage her back as we hung out watching tv. I’d sometimes see her feel a bit tired but she would look at me and smile anyway. As a kid, seeing my mother have the battle of her life, created this beast in me. Immortal strength that I can’t begin to explain, just show. This strength I had pushed me through my treatment and obstacles that I faced as a teenager. Was it easy? NO! I never gave up and it's all because of you. Thank you momma...Your Fight is my Fight and your Strength lives forever through me.
FAITH, HOPE - ❤️

My Pops
This is my Dad, Pops as we would call him. My father, taught me how to man up and to be resilient in all that I do. Especially in sports, he ignited the savage in me to keep going and being the best I can be and that obstacles aren’t put in our path to beat you down but to teach you. The greater the obstacle, the more glory in over coming it. I’m grateful for everything he had taught me in his years he was here in the flesh. I embrace those moments.
My father passed away of CHF (congestive heart failure) at the age of 50. As a 13 year old kid witnessing first hand, my father with no heart beat was a mountain I thought I would never get over after my moms passing. But all I knew was strength, all I knew was faith and fight in my heart.
Remembering my father and the impact he had on so many people. I embrace the good memories, and I feel him with me close in my heart and with me always. Guiding me even when I don’t feel it. I have a purpose. Pops, you are alive and living , your heart is still beating through my heart. I’m going to live a legacy and never give up. I miss you.
